As the Technology Transformation Partner or Principal, you will be responsible for developing and leading industry solutions for the Supply Chain Management service line within Genpact. Externally, you will be tasked with crafting and articulating the value proposition of our service offerings to C-level Executives, while identifying their most pressing supply chain and operational challenges. Internally, you will work with colleagues to design, develop, deploy, and support strategic solutions. Within the SCM service line, you will be part of a small group of thought leaders responsible for understanding and shaping the future of aftersales within supply chain. These individuals work in a team to help design advanced and forward-looking solutions, which demands creative problem-solving, a persuasive personality and deep subject matter expertise in innovative supply chain solutions.
You’ll work with clients to improve their strategies, processes and operational alignment. Our focus is on consulting services, technology-enabled business transformation, and managed services. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-month design and implementations, ongoing multi-year managed services relationships, and everything between.
The Technology Transformation Partner or Principal is responsible for providing deep subject matter expertise in aftersales strategy, parts management, field service and customer experience management. Preference is given to candidates with industry experience across consumer electronics, high tech and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and leadership to delivery project teams, facilitate workshops and strategy sessions, tease out business requirements, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. This person will also contribute to the development of various service offerings and thought leadership through the development of white papers, podium events, and industry publications. You will also provide oversight to maintain the consistency of quality and delivery across Barkawi’s global team. He/she will have the opportunity to help shape the future through increased exposure and collaboration with other industry thought leaders in top positions, consulting roles and/or innovative technology partners.
The ideal candidate will have been or will be in a leadership level role within a strategy consulting firm, and specific expertise in supply chain after sales. Ideally, this person will have a proven track record for success and is known for their leadership, quality work and expertise within the after sales arena. He/she needs to have passion for driving change and innovation, invigorating a team, and building bridges to maximize the value that is being delivered to clients.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience within a consulting, advisory, professional services environment or similar relevant industry experience leading a after sales organization
- Delivery of solutions to clients at the strategic level with demonstrated understanding of the underlying financial, business and organizational issues
- Ability to analyze complex issues and use entrepreneurial creativity to exploit and grow strategic business opportunities
- Knowledge and experience delivering projects involving strategy, process, analytics and technology and digital interventions
- Clear history of successfully selling, delivering and growing revenue and a track record of opening doors
