As a part of a growing firm, Barkawi consultants keep busy, but we don’t subscribe to an all-work-and-no-play model. We know everyone needs a life outside of work and our aim is to create an environment where work-life balance is key for our employees.  

Our people managers work closely with their consultants to efficiently plan for projects and effectively enable a work-life balance. After all, a happy employee is a productive employee.
