Your start

There are numerous ways to start your career with us. You may start as a junior consultant directly after having received your academic degree and extend your knowledge in a short period of time.

PhDs are welcome, but not mandatory, because titles or positions on our business cards do not play a major role for us and you will not find any hierarchies based upon them. An MBA, however, on top of a technical or even exotic field of study, is a great thing.

Another possibility is to join us as a so-called Young Professional after 3 to 5 years of professional experience in another consultancy or in industry and start directly as a consultant.

If you are more senior, we should talk about your start as a project manager with high responsibility for projects, employees and budget.

First of all you will participate in our starter program, an intense training on the job, completed by individual coaching in seminars. Your job comprises participation in national and international projects up to taking over executive functions as a project manager – depending on your experience.

However, before having met you, we might not be aware of what we are still missing!
