Your application
You will undergo a multiple-stage selection process: When we have screened your documents, which you send in by mail or – even better – by E-Mail, you will receive an answer from us within a few days.
This will be followed by an invitation to an individual assessment, during which we will conduct several interviews with you. An interesting case study will provide you with an insight into our everyday life as consultants.
This helps us to get to know you a little bit better – and you have the chance to check us out as well. After having passed this step, we come to a decision.
The ideal case is that you and we were both successful: In this case you will receive an offer immediately and we will be happy to welcome you as a new colleague.
We also offer you a “trial day” to help you with your decision. This day will allow you to ask more questions and to talk with your future colleagues. If possible, you can attend a team meeting; and we will organize a joint lunch.
