Expertise is a postulate. Beyond this, however, we are looking for characters. Smart brains with common sense who enjoy responsibility. We prefer colorful characters to wallflowers, i.e. people with an interesting vita. Real characters!
If you have more than just an excellent diploma, then you are our favored candidate.
What you studied is not crucial; many disciplines find their way to us, which is part of our success.
Our teams at the customers’ sites are no groups of a hundred, each member is therefore important. Individual performance and responsibility are typical for our working style. This demands a high degree of curiosity, personal commitment and persistence of you. We seek people who listen carefully and ask the right questions. And who are of course able to come to the right conclusions.
