The people
The colleague sitting in the room to the right went to university in Germany and Brazil and is a native speaker of German and Portuguese, and of course he speaks English. The colleague in the room to the left is born in Germany, went to Kindergarten in the USA, graduated in Egypt and went to university in Munich and Los Angeles. The whole world is our guest – represented by our colleagues. And those who know other countries and people have a home field advantage when playing away.
Consulting companies often work with a large number of inexperienced youngsters and often have the age structure of a pyramid. A few experienced veterans on top and many “greenhorns” with different stages of experience below them.
We have long-experienced consulting experts on the top and a few, handpicked young colleagues at the bottom – the smartest ones of each international academic year. Our strong central block, however, is made up by experienced professionals.
