Your development
Even as a beginner you will be assigned to projects right from the start. You will not have to do any copying jobs or be made responsible for getting coffee. On the project you will be guided and trained. As an individual feedback to your performance you will receive several reports per year. These include individual talks about your project work and multiple-page evaluation sheets. This way we can jointly improve your skills and eliminate possible shortcomings.
In our team each individual member assumes responsibility; everybody is a fully-fledged and extremely important part of the crew. If you can handle this responsibility, you are our favored candidate. We are not geared at the calendar but at actual success, therefore we do not have fixed two-year career steps. Since you grow with the assumed responsibility and your individual success, you will learn and develop quickly.
You will be trained on the job by your colleagues and the challenging contents, which allow you to extend your knowledge within an extremely short period of time. You will become familiar with our tools and techniques, but also with our way to think and work during your everyday practice. Furthermore we offer customized coaching and seminars with selected trainers.
