Our Projects are realized all over the world. Time lags, flights and travelling make this fulltime job extremely challenging. The week is busy and we do not have a casual Friday, simply because we and our clients have no time for it.

However, we do not define ourselves by night shifts and worked-through weekends. You need your vacation for you regeneration; otherwise you simply could not live the passionate profession of a consultant in the long run. A longer creative break, e.g. for building up your own business or doing a PhD or an MBA, is always possible.

Of course we will regret it when it becomes more appealing to you to start your own business or when a job offer is so attractive that you simply cannot refuse.

However, even if we do not grow old and grey together, we appreciate to be an attractive spring board for your further career. We feel honored by the fact that our colleagues are much sought-after and stand for the quality of our education and work.

We feel even more honored by the fact that many colleagues have been with us for a long time or have returned from their trips to universities or other companies. Probably for a good reason.
